Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We follow a made-when-chosen approach to reduce unnecessary production and focus on quality. Each piece is created with intention, not excess.

If you’ve made a mistake, you have up to 30 minutes after purchase to request a change.

After this time, once your order has shipped, you can contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to update delivery details or redirect your package to a parcel shop.

Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping details. If there is an issue, the carrier may contact you directly. You can also reach out to them to manage delivery updates.

Delivery attempt failed: Your package may be held at a nearby parcel shop for pickup.

If your order is returned to us, you will receive an email with instructions to process a refund. We are unable to resend returned orders.

Yes, Maison Animuse ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes up to 10 business days for both U.S. and international orders.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and returned with all tags attached.
